Written Permission
The client provides written approval before any work example or evidence is prepared for public display. Permission defines what may be shown, at what level of detail, and whether the business may be named.

Baseline and Scope
The starting condition is documented — including dates, source system screenshots, and any relevant constraints — so the work has a measurable reference point.

Artifact Capture
Screenshots, page captures, configuration records, and listings data are collected at defined points during and after the engagement.

A dated task and decision log records what was built, updated, configured, or adjusted — connecting artifacts to specific actions and timelines.
